Hitchhiked 170 miles from Pie Town, NM to where RT 66 passed through Holbrook, AZ in just under four hours. To me that’s impressive when it’s a three+ hour drive without having to wait for people to pick you up. Time to let the snow melt before I jump back on trail. #hitchhiking #wandering
Hiked into Tombstone to see the OK Coral and Boot Hill Cemetery. Didn’t take enough pictures. Realized that I was going to miss my ride to New Mexico unless I hustled… so I hitchhiked rather than walk the last 30 miles to the train station. #greatday

It was January 2020 when I first heard that NFTs might soon become possible on the Stellar network. Most people understood that NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, were going to be important for personal identification, medical records, and ownership of real-world items. Personally, I had hoped to issue Kindle-like digital books as NFTs and found Ethereum’s […]
NFTs on Stellar utilize a Data Entry to hold the IPFS hash or CID for the content being tokenized. Once locked, the NFT’s issuing account will forever point to a single IPFS hash regardless of changes to the token’s toml, which is stored elsewhere and can be modified. Some have chosen to link the NFT’s […]
Dr. Aldo Betta stared at the glass enclosure where the cockroach moved with deliberate precision across a small branch. Delicate circuitry glinted on its carapace under the laboratory lights, a marvel of bioengineering barely the size of an SD card. The device represented years of painstaking work, the culmination of his research into neural interfaces. […]
