After two weeks of lazy camping in Coconino National Forest it’s time to go do something besides daydream. Hiked into town to catch a train and for excellent fish and chips like I haven’t had since New England. Sure beats the cucumber and butter sandwiches I’ve been eating the last couple of days. #wandering
Voilà! Dinner is prepared! Steak sandwiches! And apparently I won’t have to shave my legs anytime soon, this Walmart utensil strainer as a wood stove has singed all the hair off. Makes me a little apprehensive to use, probably isn’t going to be a regular thing. #woodstovecooking #wandering

Rode the Grand Canyon Railroad into Williams because I’ve never been there before, which is too bad because Nanys Tacos has the best tacos I’ve had in the US. Hiked a little ways out of town to camp for the night. A little close to the interstate but I don’t mind. #wandering #Arizona
