The Southern Tier is a bicycle route established by the Adventure Cycling Association which runs across the southern part of the United States. From St. Augustine, Florida to San Diego, California, or vice versa depending on your chosen direction of travel. (Allegedly there are less headwinds going west to east.)
I attempted to ride this bicycle route on a fixed gear bicycle purchased from Walmart in St. Augustine, Florida for $99.
